Surawon's tofu made with more soybeans than commercial tofu products. This yields a more savory and nutty flavor with more nutrition. Our tofu is made with non-GMO soy beans with no additives and emulsifiers. We also employ the classical method of boiling soy beans instead of the highly commercialized steaming method. What makes our tofu unique is we produce both black soybean tofu and the standard yellow soybean tofu. Black soybeans are more effective at cutting cutting cholesterol with higher antioxidant levels. Our noodles are NEVER storebought. They are all HOUSEMADE and pulled to order. Our doughs are specifically tailored for each types of noodles. Freshly made noodles has better texture and taste which makes our noodle dishes delicious.
